Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Strawberry Vacations. By making a reservation or using our facilities, you agree to abide by these terms.

Eligibility

Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking. Check-in and check-out times must be adhered to as specified at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation Policy

7 days or more before check-in: Full refund (100%)
3-6 days before check-in: 75% refund
24-72 hours before check-in: 50% refund
Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after cancellation confirmation. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for booking.

Emergency Cancellations

In case of medical emergencies or natural disasters, we may consider full refunds on a case-by-case basis with proper documentation. Please contact us immediately with supporting documents.

Modifications

Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges based on rate differences. Modification requests must be made at least 48 hours before the original check-in date.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow all house rules. Any damage to property or misconduct may result in eviction without refund and additional charges.

Liability

Strawberry Vacations is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to guest property. Guests are advised to secure their valuables and belongings at all times.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
